White sandy beach access 0.3 miles in both directions, Lover’s Key State Park 0.5 miles south, and Publix market 3 miles north. This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home features 3 fully stocked kitchens, 3 washers, 3 dryers, linens, towels, and speedy WiFi. Just bring yourselves and groceries for a relaxing beach vacation. $50 pet fee per night.

Vacation and relax poolside in this newly renovated 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom expansive home across the street from the beach and nature preserve. White sandy beach access is .2 miles to the north or south, and Lover’s Key state park is 0.5 miles to the south. The location of this home offers a short walk to scenic and peaceful bay beaches, and easy access to FMB town center - the best of both worlds to get the most out of your vacation. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a short trolly ride or easy bike ride to the tourist district/Fort Myers Beach Town Center.

Upstairs has 3 bedroom each with an ensuite bathrooms, Kitchen, Living room, dining area, extensive kitchen island with seating for 9, dining table with seating for 8, and expansive deck. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a counter island with seating for 4, two living rooms each with a pullout couch. The second bedroom is a studio which contains a small workout area with a bike, weight bench, and weights, bed, living area, small laundry, mobile TV, fridge, dining for 4, and attached full bath.

Each of the five bedrooms has a super comfy king size bed with soft linens There is a queen size and full pullout.

Each of the two Kitchens are fully stocked with pots and pans for any meal, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and all the other essentials for a great meal after a day at the beach.

Dining seating for 17 upstairs and 8 downstairs.

The internet is super fast 1200mbs download and 30mbs upload.

We provide towels for the beach, beach chairs, beach wagon, and linens and towels.

Pets are welcome. $50/night per pet minimum of $200

Discover a laid-back paradise on a seven-mile barrier island in Southwest Florida. Estero Blvd, lining the sandy Gulf beaches, offers an old Florida charm with outdoor restaurants, shops, and festivals. Although recovering from a category 4 hurricane in 2022, the island now boasts reopened establishments like Publix, CVS, and numerous restaurants and bars. Enjoy the famous beach with sugary white sand, breathtaking sunsets, and a variety of watersports including parasailing and kayaking.

To explore the area, a car or bike is recommended. The newly opened Publix is conveniently located 3 miles away, and new restaurants are emerging weekly in the Fort Myers Beach city center.

Please be aware that, like all homes, there may be maintenance required during your stay. While our home is back to pre-hurricane condition, the island is still recovering. Publix, restaurants, food trucks, and shops are open, with more establishments reopening every week.

Getting around

You will need a car or bike to get around. The newly opened publix is 3 miles away. Resturants are opening every week in the Fort Myers Beach city center.

My family gives me life! I live in New York in the summers and Florida in the winters to be close to my children. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my grand kids. I enjoy being outdoors running, hiking and at the beach!

House Rules
- do not set the thermostat below 70 for cooling. In general it should not be set more than 16 degrees below the outdoor temperature. When below 16 degrees (ie 92 outdoors should not be set below 76) the compressor can freeze.

- Pool is open from 9am to 9pm. Hours strictly enforced. No swimming alone. No children allowed in pool area without adult supervision.

- Guest also understands that the unit is located in a tropical environment, and that insects and rodents flourish in this environment. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

- Any issue that Guest has with the unit shall be immediately reported to owner via an airbnb message. Guest understands that owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to owner by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

- You acknowledge that we have security cameras for your safety that will be recording during your stay. They are located on the exterior of the house in the pool area and at each entrance to the home (front door on deck, side door and sliding doors). Do not unplug or disrupt the cameras. If you unplug or disrupt the cameras a $100 fee will be assessed to get them operational

- only the number of people listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. We strictly follow airbnb ban on parties and community disturbance policy.

-No amplified music. If neighbors can hear you it is too loud.

Payment Policy
Please check your credit card information to be sure you have trip cancelation/trip interruption insurance. If not, then I suggest that you purchase (in case of emergency, Illness, or Bad weather) as there is no refund policy. You can try www.insuremytrip.com and www.travelguard.com. Refunds are only issued if there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.

There is a no refund policy. Once a reservation is made we take those dates off the calendar for other guests. Please see above for trip cancellation protection insurance.
Notes
As with all homes there may be maintenance required during your stay. While the home is back to pre hurricane condition, the Island is still suffering the impacts from the storm. Publix is open along with a number of restaurants, food trucks and shops. More open every week.
